Product Structure Characteristics:
1. The machine tools are suitable for motor, water turbine, aviation, mining machinery, metallurgy and common machinery industries, processing workpieces of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and some nonmetal materials, and are used for rough and finish machining of inside and outside cylinder, cone surface, end face and grooving.
2. The foundation part is whole casting structure, using high strength and low stress cast iron material, annealing after casting, aging treatment after rough machining. The column guide rail adopt grinding processing, beam guide and ram guide adopt grinding processing after the intermediate frequency quenching.
3. The main drive of the seires machine tool is DC motor + DC speed control or AC variable frequency motor and inverter drive. The worktable is divided into rolling guide and static pressure guide for users to choose. The hydrostatic guide table spindle bearing adopts high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearing. The static pressure oil is cooled by constant temperature, thus ensuring the machine has high rotation precision and enough rigidity, strength and thermal stability, and constant line speed cutting function.
4. Horizontal and Vertical feed of vertical tool-post use the ball screw driving, driven bu AC servo motor, left and right tool-post adopt hydraulic balance.
5. Machine tools are equipped with advanced functional components at home and abroad, beautiful appearance, agreeableness, convenient operation and maintenance.
6. According to special requirements, the whole machine cover, chip conveyor, electric spindle grinding head, cooling device, turning and milling composite vertical tool post, four-stations electric turret, etc.
7. The series machine tools can be configured according to user requirements. Single vertical tool post and double vertical tool post, double tool post configurations can be divided into three types: (left CNC tool post, right common tool post), double common toolpost, and double CNC tool post.
