1. VK CNC single-column vertical turning center, equipped with FANUC 0i TF system, two-axis (X, Z) linkage, 12-station disc-type tool magazine, using ram to tool change. Suitable for carbide and ceramic tools, it can be used for high-speed machining of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, planes, threads and circular arc surfaces of parts made of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials. |
2. The main drive adopts double base speed spindle servo motor drive and servo control. The two-speed spindle servo drive system has closed-loop speed regulation in the whole speed range, with 1.5 times overload capability, and can output effective torque at zero speed. The main shaft bearing adopts a conical cross roller bearing structure, which has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, high load bearing, high speed and low friction. Therefore, the machine itself has high precision and rigidity of rotation. |
3. The X-axis and Z-axis servo motors and the ball screw are directly connected by a flexible coupling, and the guide rail is in the form of a sliding guide (hard rail).
