This series CNC lathe adopts standard cast iron (HT300) a molding casting, after the second aging treatment, it has feature of stable performance; guide-way width (600mm), good rigidity, anti-vibration ability; Processed by medium-frequency hardening (hardness more than SHAW 68) and machined by the imported guideway grinding machine, to ensure a long service life, high precision and good maintainability.
The bed (from 1000mm-5000mm) is one-piece type, 6000mm and above bed is two pieces butted.
This series machine spindle bore has two kinds, one is Φ100mm, the other is Φ140mm . Spindle bearing uses China's well-known bearing made by HRB, LYC and ZWZ, aslo can be configured NSK, SKF and other imported bearings. Bore diameter of Φ140mm to meet the larger bar or tube parts processing.
Automatic hydraulic 4 shifts exchange controlled by M-code, automatically stepless speed change controlled by the S-code selection; Manual 4steps changing speed controlled by hand, automatically stepless speed change controlled by the S-code selection; Manual 18 steps changing speed controlled by hand.
The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the offset of the center of the spindle. To reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated with an oil bath cycle. The front end of the main shaft adopts a three-support structure of a two-way angular contact ball bearing. Improve accuracy and increase rigidity. The gears in the headstock are quenched and grounded to ensure accurate transmission and low noise.
The main motor is 15kw high-power frequency motor; equipped with Ф400 standard manual three-jaw self-centering chuck, according to end- users requirement different size manual, pneumatic and hydraulic three-jaw and four- jaw chuck can be chosen.
All the lathe machines are equipped with electric turret, free lifting, tool change quickly and easily, there are vertical 4 and 6 station, horizontal 6 station and other electric turret for choice.
Before delivery all lathe machines will be tested by British RENISHAW laser detector for dynamic accuracy detection and compensation, so the lathe machine has a high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
CNC system uses the internationally renowned FANUC, SIEMENS or China GSK AC servo control system. The lathe machine adopts semi- closed protection or fully enclosed protection, equipped with emergency stop safety button, when the machine suddenly encountered a sudden power failure or other failures, due to the special design of the control circuit, it can be self-protection to ensure that the machine and personnel safety.
