Features:
This bed is the box-shaped structure, adopts high standard cast iron (HT300) one molding casting, after the second aging treatment, with stable performance; guide-way width (550mm), good rigidity, anti-vibration ability; processed by medium-frequency hardening and machined by the imported guideway grinding machine , to ensure a long service life, high precision and good maintainability. For 3000mm and below, the bed upside part and the legs are connected by screw; For 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm, the bed are one-piece type. For above 6000mm, the bed are two pieces butted.
The spindle bore diameter is 100mm, with the heavy-duty bearings for three-point support, rotating stability, automatic forced circulation lubrication, making the transmission system is flexible and cooling effectively.
Spindle is driven by 11kw high-power frequency motor, and equipped with Ф325 standard manual three-jaw self-centering chuck, according to end-users requirement, different size manual, pneumatic and hydraulic three-jaw and four- jaw chuck can be chosen.
Automatic hydraulic 4 shifts exchange controlled by M-code, automatically stepless speed change controlled by the S-code selection; Manual 4steps changing speed controlled by hand, automatically stepless speed change controlled by the S-code selection; Manual 18 steps changing speed controlled by hand.
Longitudinal (Z-axis) feeding: For 750mm-1500mm, the AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box is connected directly to the longitudinal ball screw via a flexible coupling; For 2000mm-3000mm, AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box drives the ball screw directly via a pair of no backlash reduction gear; For 4000mm-6000mm, AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box and reducer connected to the longitudinal ball screw via flexible coupling; For more than 6000mm, will be pinion and rack structure.
Cross(X-axis) feeding: the AC servo motor mounted on the back of the bottom saddle that is connected to cross ball screw via flexible coupling.
All the lathe machines are equipped with electric turret, tool change quickly and easily, there are vertical 4 and 6 station, horizontal 6 station and other electric turrets for choice.
Before delivery all lathe machines will be tested by British RENISHAW laser detector for dynamic accuracy detection and compensation, so the lathe machine has a high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
CNC system uses the internationally renowned FANUC, SIEMENS or China GSK AC servo control system. The lathe machine adopts semi- closed protection or fully enclosed protection, equipped with emergency stop safety button, when the machine suddenly encountered a sudden power failure or other failures, due to the special design of the control circuit, it can be self-protection to ensure that the machine and personnel safety. The operation panel is about 1500mm from the ground, highly moderate, ergonomic, pleasant and easy to operate and understand the operation of the machine.
